RECEPTION CLASS TEACHING ASSISTANT

Thank you for your interest in our school. We curerntly have a vacancy for a teaching assistant in our Reception class.

We encourage appplications from both experienced teaching assistants who can cover PPA and candidates who have not yet worked in a school but wish to begin a career in primary education.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant to work in our Reception class. You will join a highly experienced and friendly team supporting our youngest learners in school in a well-resourced classroom and attractive outdoor area.

Our school was designated as one of 34 DfE English Hubs across England in September 2018 and since then we have supported over 300 schools across Bradford and North Yorkshire in phonics, early language and reading for which you will receive cutting edge training.

This role would suit an existing TA who has HLTA status and can work one day a week covering PPA in school.

We also encourage applications from candidates who may not have experience working in a school but who are keen to start their career in education.
