English Hub Lead - Burley Woodhead English Hub

Burley Woodhead is one of 34 DfE English Hubs across England and we have supported over 300 schools since our designation in 2018.
We are now recruiting for a new Hub Lead to start with us in September 2024. Working alongside our Strategic Lead and Hub Manager you will lead a team of highly experienced Literacy Specialists supporting schools across Bradford and North Yorkshire with their phonics, early language and early reading. Based here at Burley Woodhead school your work will take you across West and North Yorkshire as you support schools to develop their own practice. You will liase regularly with the DfE and be part of national Hub events.

- Start Date: 1 September 2024
- Position: This role is dependent on renewal of annual grant funding from the DfE and is offered to 31 August 2025 initially. Successful continuation of funding will allow this position to roll over into the following academic year or years. Grant funding is currently renewed each April.

- Hours: 3-4 days a week (this job could be part-time job share for the right candidate)
