Wraparound Provision

Sunrise and Sunset Club is open for all pupils who attend school. To request a place for your child, please email Mrs Sarah White on sunrise@burleywoodhead.com 

The Club has its own dedicated space in school and children are looked after by experienced school staff. They can access a variety of activities each day including games, crafts, lego, outdoor play, art and role play. 

Sunrise - Open from 7.30am with breakfast of cereal, toast, juice or milk available each day until 8.15am at a cost of £1. Pre booking a breakfast is not required.

Charges for early drop off at 7.30am - £6.25 per day

Charges for drop off from 7.50am - £4.25 per day

Sunset - Open until 5,30pm. Children can bring their own snack to eat (no nuts). 

Charges to 4,30pm - £4.50 per day

Charges to 5,30pm - £9.25 per day

If your child attends another club in school, for example Kanga, craft etc... and is booked into Sunset afterwards, they will be accompanied there by a member of staff at 4.30pm.

The clubs are very popular and priority is given to families who require regular bookings. Ad hoc occasional bookings may be possible. Please contact Mrs Sarah White or, if a same day place is urgently required, call the school office on 01943 862739.

Please note we require 7 working days' notice for cancellations, as per our updated T&C (weekends are not classed as working days).
