We are delighted you are interested in a Burley Woodhead education for your child.

For September 2024 we currently have a small number of places available in our Y2 and Year 4 classes. All applications must be made via Bradford Admissions team. If you have any questions about the process, do call us to find out more.

Our school prospectus is available to download from this page, plus we have a list of frequently asked questions which should answer general queries about our school curriculum, the admissions process and how places are allocated by Bradford Council.

Reception 2025

Open Morning: Saturday 9 November 10.00am - 12.00 noon

Tours of School: Tuesday 12 November 1.30pm, Friday 15 November 1.30pm, Monday 18 November 9.30am, Friday 22 November 10.30am

Families are warmly invited to our Open Morning on Saturday 9 November. Your child can explore the Reception classroom and outdoor area and our Reception team will be on hand to answer all your questions.

Our teaching staff will be available throughout school and we encourage you to visit each classroom to see what a Burley Woodhead education looks like. Our grounds - including the garden, trim trail, MUGA, pond and running track will also be open, as will our Sunrise Sunset wraparound care setting.  

In addition to our Open Morning we have several opportunities for you to visit in November during the school day, on tours led by our Headteacher Mrs Nina Dobson. These visits are aimed at parents only, not children. If you would like to book to attend the Open Morning or one of our tours, please complete the google form below.
