Collective Worship

Collective worship at Burley and Woodhead Primary, is invitational, inclusive and inspirational, providing an outworking of our ‘Many Parts, One Body’ Christian vision.

It gathers the entire community together providing opportunities to reflect upon their own responses to biblical teaching in a safe space Children have high levels of agency over collective worship through the Worship Wonderers leadership group who regularly plan and present fun and inspiring collective worship. This process inspires others and provides a further example of how children are growing their leadership potential across the school.
